Church warden admission
Last Sunday, 2nd May during our service at San Eugenio it was a pleasure for me, on behalf of the Bishop, officially to commission our recently elected churchwardens.
Jean Kelly was re elected after already serving for the past year and Val Sainsbury was newly elected.
We wish them both well in their lay leadership role and working with me to ensure the good order of our churches and services and in the furtherance of our Anglican Christian mission in south Tenerife.
In the short ceremony of admission the congregation pledged to support the wardens and to remember them in their prayers.
